| Short description of project |
| Within the project an intelligent tourist organisation model was developed in which advanced functions were defined for multimedia presentation of information using the internet, mobile devices and telephony, presentation CD/DVD and conventional media. A model for description and presentation of tourist entities was designed that was accompanied by a multimedia system for quality and client behaviour research (i.e. simultaneous investigation of a given phenomenon by combining various survey technologies and techniques). Based on the research data, intelligent models are created using data mining that can be used for supporting decision-making at various levels: systems of recommendations for tourists, planning the development for tourist entities and the development of national strategies. A prototype tourism-club.com portal was built intended for further commercialization of the obtained solutions. The model is thus intended for connecting of the tourism industry, tourists and service providers. |
