| We study the interactions between different macromolecules (proteins and nucleic acids) participating in protein biosynthesis.

| The aim of this project is detailed characterization of macromolecular complexes that involve aaRSs and aaRS-like proteins. We will employ surface plasmon resonance, a state-of-the-art methodology for studying molecular interactions. to determine the strength and kinetics of interactions.
