| Short description of project |
| The project goal is to make survey, documentation (passport descriptors, survey form and database) and identification (molecular characterisation and elimination of duplicates) of autochthonous apple genotypes in the area of South-East Europe. When possible (depending on developing phenophases) sampling for identification will be carried on. The survey activities will be carried out trough the surveys at the nationallevel of SEEDNet partners and surveyed material will be accessible to all partner s of this project. The main project outcome will be a regional database supplied with the details of surveyed accessions and data about molecular characteristic - fingerprints of surveyed apple varieties |
